Hailing from Brighton, United Kingdom, rock trio Tigercub are back with their new single ‘The Perfume of Decay’, available to stream or purchase now. “The Perfume of Decay” marks Tigercub’s debut release for Loosegroove Records, the label co-founded by Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard, a longtime champion of the band.
“‘The Perfume of Decay’ is my expression of this feeling, an argument between affectation and naturalness. It marks the beginning of a new era for us – this is Tigercub at its heaviest, it’s most accomplished, and most unapologetic.” says the band’s frontman Jaime Hall.
Jamie Stephen Hall, who stands 7 foot tall and is the band’s sole songwriter, claims the creative fire for “As Blue As Indigo” was sparked by color theory and the notion that what each human eye sees as color could be totally subjective.
