The Murphy Building in Fountain Square is one of the hottest cultural hot spots in Indianapolis with an incredible history. The story of this wacky building dates back the the 19th century, when it was home to an opera house, various businesses and dime stores, and a rumored haunted orphanage.
Thanks to the joint vision of a local development group and entrepreneurs, the building has been converted into a watering hole for all things art and music. At the core of building’s foundation, there’s one music venue that has hosted some of the country’s fastest-rising musicians. And we’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting this month’s pitch night at that 21+ music venue, The HI-FI.
