The HI-FI Annex Season Pass is a non-transferable pass priced at $350 (fees included), giving you access to every show at HI-FI Annex throughout the entire outdoor concert season. This pass is valid for you only.

The HI-FI Annex Season Pass PLUS is a non-transferable pass priced at $600 (fees included), giving you AND A GUEST access to every show at HI-FI Annex throughout the season. This pass is valid for you and a guest of your choice, who can only enter if the primary passholder is present.

Shows for the 2026 outdoor season are just starting to be announced, and you can find the latest show updates here. We’re committed to making the Encore Season one of our best and busiest seasons, with over 70 shows planned throughout the summer. Attending them all would break down to less than $5 per show—a remarkable value!

Season passes do NOT include VIP Lounge access. Sidestage Lounge access can be purchased on a show by show basis here.

HOW IT WORKS

Purchase your season pass online via our dedicated Tixr link. Do not purchase from any other links or 3rd party resellers.
We’ll create your personalized season pass card.
Present your card at the gate with your ID for admission.
The name on your ID must match the name on your card. Solo Season Passes are non-transferable and are not valid for anyone other than yourself.
For Season Pass PLUS holders bringing a guest, your guest must arrive with you when you present your pass at the gate.
Season Pass cards can be picked up at our office (1043 Virginia Ave Suite #2) during office hours (Monday through Friday 10am-6pm) or mailed directly to you. We’ll reach out to you when they arrive, (which is usually two weeks before the season begins) and confirm the names for your passes before distributing.

RESTRICTIONS

Excludes private rental events: Post. Festival, Chreece Festival, more TBA
Passes are non-transferable. They can only be used by the patron whose name appears on the pass. Guests of Season Pass PLUS holders must arrive with the primary Season Pass holder present.
Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced.
Passes purchased via a payment plan will not be valid until the final payment has been completed.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans allow you to spread out larger purchases over time, making them more manageable. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you can pay in monthly installments with only a down payment processed immediately at checkout.
25% is required for the down payment, and a $9.99 fee is added to the price of the Season Pass.
NOTE: Annex Season Passes cannot be used until all payments are completed in full.
Last day to sign up for payment plans is March 10, 2026 – Full balance is due on April 10, 2026.

LO-FI LOUNGE FAQ’S

I lost something at the show. Who do I contact?

To retrieve lost items including credit cards, clothing, phones, wallets, etc, contact cheslea@hifiindy.com. Items are available for pickup in our office Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Do you sell earplugs?

Yes. Earplugs are available from any of our bartenders for $2

COVID-19 AFFECTED SHOWS

What is your refund policy for postponed shows?

If a show is postponed, ticket holders will be notified of the change via email, and no other action is needed if you would like to keep your tickets. We will work to find a new date for the show and provide updates as they become available. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be offered at point of purchase for 30 days following the rescheduled date. If you purchased your ticket at our box office, you will need to contact boxoffice@hifiindy.com for further instructions to process your refund.

What is your refund policy for cancelled shows?

Tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded in the event of a cancelled show. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your bank. If you purchased your ticket at our box office, you will need to contact boxoffice@hifiindy.com for further instructions to process your refund.

If a show has been rescheduled, will my tickets still be honored?

All previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new date. Ticket holders will be notified of the change via email, and no other action is needed if you would like to keep your tickets. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled date, you will have 30 days from the day the rescheduled show is announced to request a refund. You must contact our box office directly to request this refund.
