HI-FI Annex is an outdoor concert venue located behind the Murphy Arts Center in Fountain Square. Hosting an exciting lineup of live music, the Annex season runs from April 1 through October 31 and features all-ages shows in a vibrant, open-air setting. The main entrance, box office, and will-call are conveniently located off St. Patrick Street, directly across from St. Patrick Church. Frequently Asked Questions About HI-FI Annex
To ensure a smooth entry to our shows, please purchase tickets only from our authorized ticketing partner, Tixr. As we recently transitioned from See Tickets to Tixr, there are some current shows with tickets available on both platforms, and we will honor valid tickets from either. Please note the emphasis on valid tickets, as we will not accept counterfeit or unauthorized tickets.
Beware of Third-Party Sellers
We strongly caution against buying tickets from third-party sources like Craigslist, Facebook, StubHub, Vivid Seats, or individual sellers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify ticket validity, and we cannot guarantee entry with tickets purchased outside of authorized channels. If counterfeit tickets are presented at the gate, our only option is to deny entry—a difficult decision, but necessary to maintain the integrity of our events.
Social Media Scams
We also recommend avoiding social media posts or comments from individuals claiming to have “2 extra tickets and can’t go.” Many scams involve reselling the same ticket to multiple buyers. If you have any concerns about ticket legitimacy, please reach out to our Box Office for guidance.
Permitted Items
- Clear Tote or Bag – Clear bags made from plastic, vinyl, or PVC not exceeding 14” x 14” (subject to security inspection)
- Personal Bags – Purses, fanny packs, and handbags no larger than 14” x 14” (subject to security inspection)
- Small, Handheld Umbrellas
- To-Go Food from local restaurants including Easy Rider Diner
- A Warm Heart & Smiles
Non-Permitted Items
For safety reasons, guests cannot bring the following items into the venue. HI-FI reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed hazardous or disruptive.
- Weapons of any kind – Including firearms (even with a permit), knives, multi-tools
- Pepper Spray/Mace
- Fireworks or Flares
- Outside Beverages or Coolers
- Oversized Bags – Larger than 12” x 12” (e.g., backpacks, duffle bags, camelbacks, briefcases, luggage)
- Drugs or Illegal Substances
- Laser Pointers
- Glass Containers
- Smoking or Vaping – Prohibited inside the venue; designated smoking area available outside
- Pets or Animals – Except for documented service animals
- Cameras & Photography Gear – No removable lens cameras, flash photography, tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks unless pre-approved
- Audio or Video Recording Devices – Unless pre-approved by the Event Manager
- Transportation Gear – No skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters (bike parking is available outside)
- Oversized Signs – No signs larger than 11” x 17” or signs attached to sticks
- Hula Hoops, Spray Paint, Silly String

- This show is general admission standing only.
- VIP and seating upgrades do not include a ticket to the show. A general admission ticket is required for all guests to enter the event.

In the event of inclement weather, our team will explore all options to safely produce the show. Contingency plans may include a rain delay or, if necessary, relocating the show.
Rain Delay or Severe Weather: If weather conditions temporarily interrupt the event, we will announce a shelter-in-place. All guests must leave the premises to find shelter. Once it’s safe to resume, we’ll notify you to through HI-FI social media channels that you may return to the show.
Indoor Relocation: If needed, the show may be relocated indoors to HI-FI, subject to availability. In this case, the event will be open to all ages.
Rescheduling (as a last resort): If the show cannot proceed as planned, we will update you via email with any rescheduling information. Please note that rescheduling may take 24-48 hours as we work with the tour to confirm a new date. If you have a questions about our rescheduled shows and cancellation policy, please reach out to the box office directly.

Sidestage Upgrades Include:
Use any of the links below to purchase Sidestage Lounge access for your show. Please note that a general admission ticket is required for all guests prior to purchasing your upgrade.
All Sidestage Lounge access wristbands can be picked up at the Box Office upon entry—just show your ID, and you’re all set! All guests, including children, must have an access wristband to enter the Sidestage Lounge area. Check back for more 2025 HI-FI Annex shows announcing soon.
Sidestage Lounge access is a $30 upgrade per person.

Best Dining Experiences in Fountain Sqaure
The bar at Easy Rider has become the go-to pre-show hangout, featuring a full selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Specialty cocktails like the Redneck Barbie, Christopher Oaxacan, and mimosa flights add an extra kick to your dining experience.
Reservations & Free Show Posters: Reservations aren’t required but are recommended, especially on busy show nights to help you get to your show on time. Plus, if you make a reservation in advance, you’ll receive a free show poster from that night’s event—just ask your server! (Available only for guests with advance reservations.) On busy show nights, Easy Rider opens its connected door to HI-FI, allowing guests to flow freely between both spaces with additional access to a bar, diner seating and restrooms.
