Easy Rider Diner opened to the public on October 13, 2022. The HI-FI team took over the space formerly occupied by Pure Eatery in December of 2021. After a full kitchen and restaurant remodel, a door way was created to HI-FI connecting the two spaces. As a result of the connection to the restaurant, HI-FI began hosting all ages shows in 2023.
