The original HI-FI (aka OG HI-FI., Shotgun HI-FI, Mini-Fi) opened to the public on May 16, 2014 with a show featuring US Royalty & Busy Living. The last show in the old HI-FI was on December 4, 2016 with Paper Route and Shadeland. That evening the staff and the bands tore down the wall that opened to the space formerly occupied by IMOCA. Expansion construction began the next day.
