Texas Hill Channels Americana Doobie Brothers This Thursday At HI-FI

Country Yacht Rock?  Close!  If you’re a fan of country music and the Doobie Brothers then supergroup Texas Hill needs to be on your radar.  Texas Hill make’s their Indianapolis debut this Thursday (April 27) at HI-FI in Indianapolis.

Texas Hill is anchored by two artists who have each made a name for themselves in the country music industry. Casey James and Adam Wakefield garnered critical acclaim through their winning performances on American Idol and The Voice.  In preparation for their latest record, and a national tour, the duo has enlisted Bart Walker on guitar (Hank Williams Jr., Double Trouble, Royal Southern Brotherhood), Louis “Flip” Winfield on drums (Bon Jovi, Kimberly Lock, Chris Janson) and Clark Singleton on bass (Heavy Heavy Hearts, Jared James Nichols.)  Together, the supergroup will tour the U.S this Summer. After the tour, the band will land in Muscle Shoals to cut their sophomore record this Winter.

Casey James, American Idol Season 9 contestant, has released two albums and has several hit singles to his name. Adam Wakefield, runner up on The Voice Season 10, has released two albums and has collaborated with several notable musicians.

Together, Texas Hill has been making waves in the country music world with their catchy tunes and impressive vocal harmonies. Their debut single, “Four Roses,” was released in 2020 and quickly became a fan favorite. Since then, they have released several more singles, including “Love Me When I’m Leaving,” “Easy On The Eyes,” and “Four Corners.”

Their live performances are known for being high-energy and entertaining. With their impressive guitar skills, soaring vocals, and engaging stage presence, Texas Hill is sure to deliver a show that you won’t forget.

The group will perform live at HI-FI in Indianapolis this Thursday.  This intimate venue is the perfect setting to experience the magic of Texas Hill up close and personal. Whether you’re a longtime fan or just discovering their music, you won’t want to miss this show.

Tickets are on sale for $20 in advance or $25 at the door on the night of the show.  Purchase tickets online or stop by the Virginia Ave. Mercantile & Box Office in Fountain Square (1043 Virginia Ave. Suite 2) to purchase tickets with no service fees.
