If you’re skipping the field don’t miss Motherfolk, a true Midwest favorite! Both Motherfolk and The Silkies bring a much-needed dose of chaotic joy to the stage. Motherfolk channels their tight-knit friendship into explosive indie-rock performances. The Silkies match that with the simple goal of making people feel a little better, even if just for a moment. You’ll get the best of both worlds with the championship on the TV’s and some Midwest music champions on stage!

Brunch, Please! Drag Extravaganza at HI-FI

Start your day off right with a delicious brunch at HI-FI, catered by Easy Rider Diner, & presented by Indy Pride. Enjoy performances by Alyson Wunderland, MJ Banks, Oliver Closeoff, Patricia Yolanda Weave, & April Rosé! This event is 18+. There are 2 shows (10AM & 1:30PM), get your tickets for either (or both!). G Flip at HI-FI Annex

G Flip is an Australian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Melbourne, Victoria. Due to high demand, we upgraded this show from HI-FI to HI-FI Annex, which is now outdoors and ALL AGES! Doors 6PM, Show 7PM. Low Ticket Alert for this one, get your tickets here!

Queer Dance Party w/ DJ LittleTown at HI-FI

We’re capping off the night with a FREE dance party inside HI-FI with Indy’s own DJ LittleTown! This event is 18+. Doors 10PM, Show 10:30PM. RSVP for free entry here!

After the official Tip Off at Bicentennial Plaza, make your way to Fountain Square and grab a bite at Easy Rider Diner before heading over to HI-FI to keep the excitement going for the weekend ahead. But just look at them now. They’ve grown up right before your eyes, eventually moving up to headliner status, playing to bigger rooms and bigger crowds. Maybe their music has matured over the years, or taken a different direction. Maybe they have some new members. They might not even play their big hits anymore that first hooked you in. Christine Kindred is a rocking country singer/songwriter from Indiana. With vocal power and flare, she controls the stage and the crowd with her blend of 90’s country and original songs mixed with beautiful pitches and tones. A crowd favorite at many venues, bars, and clubs…Christine Kindred has made her mark on big cities like Chicago Illinois and Nashville Tennessee and made her way to Los Angeles California as a contestant on “The Voice”. You might also remember her on the lineup for last summer’s Boot Scoot Fest!

Friday, May 6th – Stardust Social Club

Supporting Dogs In A Pile at HI-FI

On the Road to Summer Camp 2023 winners Stardust Social Club have risen quickly to local fame, building a loyal fanbase in Indiana. The 5-piece jam band formed in 2020 from a collection of passionate and seasoned improv musicians who met at The Mousetrap in Indy. Their sound is influenced heavily by the music they grew up with ranging from outlaw country, r&b, heavy metal, rock and roll and hip hop. In their first year they played Phase Seven Music Festival, Livestock, and threw their own festival Bear Creek in Indianapolis.

Supporting Senses Fail at HI-FI Annex

Action/Adventure (A/A) is a pop-punk band hailing from Chicago ready to shatter decades-long stereotypes of the scene. Comprised solely of BIPOC, their mission is to create #PopPunkInColor and ensure pop punk is a genre where everyone is represented on and off stage. Playing collectively together since 2014, the group has gotten attention from alt scene tastemakers like Alt. Press and Kerrang!, garnered nearly 20k monthly listeners on Spotify, over one million plays on TikTok, and even secured a slot at the final Vans Warped Tour in 2018.

Supporting The Weeks at HI-FI

Quiet Hollers formed in Louisville around singer-songwriter Shadwick Wilde. Their alt-country-styled debut came in 2013, spawning a cult following via some critical praise, allowing the band to tour heavily and explore territory beyond their beginnings. Fast-forward to January 2022 and the release of Quiet Hollers’ fourth LP. This is the band’s first full length in over four years; a culmination of years of touring and therapy.

Supporting Jess Williamson at HI-FI

Lily and Madeleine Jurkiewicz create candid music with deep emotional and personal resonance. The sisters boldly explore what it means to be women in the 21st century, and aren’t afraid to use their music to call out injustices or double standards. This fearless approach has permeated their three albums, which are full of insightful lyrics and thoughtful indie-pop.

But with their fourth studio album, Canterbury Girls (New West Records) —named after Canterbury Park, located in their hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana—the sisters are coming into their own as women and musicians.
